Char Knox believes words matter! Char was a former VP Executive in Corporate America, helping to guide and manage billion-dollar brands. As she became an expert at increasing corporate business revenue and profitability, colleagues and business owners began seeking her advice. This prompted her to start her own consulting and executive coaching firm. Often described as a creative thinker and problem-solving strategist, Char has unique and innovative ways of approaching her clients desired outcomes. Hence, they end up with the solid, measurable results they sought. As a seasoned Executive Educator + Coach, Char will challenge you to think deeply about business strategy, communication, and productivity while balancing life. She has been coaching top-tier direct-selling entrepreneurs for 25 years - many of them have put her guidance and wisdom to work and are seven-figure income earners. Char has also traveled nationwide as a public speaker, teaching people the value of forward-thinking, empathetic leadership.

Lea May knows all too well that words are critically important to achieving desired results. Lea’s early success was being named Assistant Attorney General for the Massachusetts Office of Attorney General. She is now an Executive Educator + Coach in the legal field and coaching entrepreneurs who have chosen to be independent direct sellers. Lea herself built and retired from a multi-million-dollar direct-selling business and served in the executive branch of a direct-selling corporation prior to becoming an Executive Educator. Lea understands how to use her knowledge to bring success to each client - aligning with their desired goals. She has a robust analytical and logical approach to her work.
